Minimum order
Minimum order of $100 is required to have the online system submit and process your order, in special circumstance your order is under minimum requirement, you should call your sales rep to make a order.
Shipping policy
Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be shipped out in the same day, unless for special reason the order has to be arranged for the next day shipment. Most of the orders will be shipped out by UPS ground, 3 days, 2nd day, or next day, by customer's request. Payment will be COD or credit card / paypal.

HarmonyWireless gladly accepts any unopened package or unpackaged product with no sign of liquid or physical damage for refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all return products, all shipping charges excluded. Exchange due to manufacturer抯 defects will be exempt from shipping and handling fees. Unused credit will no longer be valid after 180 days from the date of issuance.
All returns must be accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization number (RMA) before sending back to us. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice. Please call us to obtain a RMA number. A RMA number is good for 7 business day. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your Return Merchandise for processing your return. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts or accessories. |

Harmony Wireless guarantees the performance of all our accessories and offers a Lifetime Warranty on many. Harmony Wireless will replace any manufacturer抯 defective accessories, but will not replace merchandises that have been experienced abuse or improper use by customers.
