Minimum order

Minimum order of $100 is required to have the online system submit and process your order, in special circumstance your order is under minimum requirement, you should call your sales rep to make a order.

Shipping policy

Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be shipped out in the same day, unless for special reason the order has to be arranged for the next day shipment. Most of the orders will be shipped out by UPS ground, 3 days, 2nd day, or next day, by customer's request.  Payment will be COD or credit card / paypal.

Return Policy

HarmonyWireless gladly accepts any unopened package or unpackaged product with no sign of liquid or physical damage for refund, credit or exchange within 15 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all return products, all shipping charges excluded. Exchange due to manufacturer
